How can I get an invoice for my order?
If you are a company or self-employed and you need an invoice, once you have validated the payment of your order, please contact us and we will provide it to you by email.
Can I purchase Vat Free when buying for my company?
If you place your order as a company outside of Spanish territory and dispose of international VAT number, we happily subtract VAT from your invoice. We kindly ask you to first place your order and once payed, please contact us immediately to provide us with the VAT number of your company and a copy of the company ID card. The VAT will be removed from your invoice and you will receive a refund of the difference by the same payment method you used when placing the order.
You can cancel your purchase, if your order has yet not been shipped. Please e-mail or call us immediately, our Customer Services Team will happily assist you.
Can I know the status of my order online?
YES! At any time you can check the status of your order in the My Account section.
Also, once the items have been prepared and we have sent your order, we will send you an email to let you know that your package has been sent. In the email we will include a link with which you can track the package and see the status of your order.
What happens if I am not at home when my package arrives?
If you are not at home at the time the package has arrived and the courier can not leave the package to someone else in your charge or in a safe place, the courier will leave you a letter of warning so you can get in touch with the courier office and arrange another time.
If nobody can receive the package to the address provided, we recommend you indicate your work address or that of a friend or relative.
What should I do if I receive a wrong item?
We do everything we can to ensure that you receive the items you have purchased, but if you have received a wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately with your order number

Once we receive the return and we have checked the status of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method you selected.
